Understanding Color - Color Theory
This class will introduce students to the concept and practices for understanding color. They will learn the 3 elements of color (value, hue and chroma), how they work together, how to mix and use strategy to get the visual impact you desire. The student will make color charts, match colors to objects, devise color strategies and finally create a specific painting assigned by the instructor.
