We offer services in three different areas to our clients. For our medical, scientific and legal clients, we offer custom medical illustration to support their findings. These didactic medical images are used to educate their targeted audience. We create realistic drawing and oil painted portraits for our clients who are interested. These portraits are an investment that brings a lifetime of joy. We offer classical academic fine art training in our atelier to students seeking a career as a professional artist. We also offer art classes and workshops to anyone who wants to learn drawing and painting from our curriculum.
Medical Illustration
We create medically accurate, artistically aesthetic illustrations that tell a clear and concise scientific story to a specific audience. This audience comprise of but not limited to: medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmaceutical and medical product companies, medical publishers, scientific companies, law firms, media companies and more. Some of the categories of medical illustration include: anatomical, surgical, pathological, conceptual, medical didactic, medical editorial, medical legal and promotional.

Portraiture
Commissioning a portrait is very important collaboration between the client and the artist. We begin with an in depth conversation to find out what our client wants, how they want to be seen, size and how formal. We work out the working schedule, payment schedule and delivery date. Once we come to an agreement on pertinent details, we sign a contract to get the ball rolling. I will send my client photograph samples of the portrait in various stages. Depending on my workload at the time of your commission, you could expect the finished painting in 3-6 months after the initial photo session, unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
One year after the completion of the painting, we will apply a final varnish in order to protect the painting for generations to come. We can apply the final varnish in our studio or at our client’s location.

Atelier Training
Our school is a modern day atelier, a unique full-time program offering classical academic fine art training. We employ rigorous art training using methods that derived from the 15th century Renaissance apprenticeships and revived by the realist masters of the 19th century French Academy and Ateliers. Our curriculum can take 3 years to complete depending on the progress of the student. There is an opportunity for the student who wishes to study a fourth year and concentrate on the area of art they wish to pursue as a working professional.
Our mission is to provide artists with a thorough skill and knowledge based academic fine art education, pass on academic art tradition to the next generation and help elevate the perception and reputation of realist academic fine art.
